Caller: i have no clue i didnt understand much as i was half awake but one work i did understand was "immigration" and at the start they said "we have been trying to reach you for awhile" and all of these speeches in a robot, Siri type voice. then they said 1 for mandarin or 2 for english, i pressed two then hung up. i have no idea if it was a legit thing but i hung up just incase it was a hacker
