Caller: "Brian Cooper"

Guy Called 'Brian Cooper' called and said there was an arrest warrant for tax fraud. Refused to provide contact details for me to call back to discuss - eventually he hung up - I could hear the same conversations in the background.
Lines up with other threads for same name
Seems to be similar to other scams involving cold calling and trying to extract money from people - never got that far with me, but expect that's where it was going.

Unknown unsolicited call. I declined the call & they rang back immediately. I declined again & they rang back immediately again. I declined a 3rd time, searched the number here, but there’s no info, nothing comes up anywhere I’ve searched.
