Got a text from this number saying they had left a voicemail, and to click on a weblink to hear the message. This is clearly a scam and the 7th message (but all from different numbers) like it I've received in 3 days.

Yep, me too! I block them but they keep coming from different numbers.
I wish I could figure out where they got my number from!
