Posted a link to ctpsmarthome as dhl definitely a scam.

Don’t click any link they sent, it’s a malware virus to steal your private information. Block the phone number and delete the message asap.
Here is what they sent:

I did not answer. Caller left text message with this part of a url as part of the content - advancedcentreforeyes.in. The .in indicates the calls are coming from India.
