Caller: Claimed to be Amazon

First there was a robo voice telling me my amazon account was being charged $198 or something, and then to go to either 1 or 2 option to cancel.
A man told me it was a common error they were having because people were stealing postal addresses and then told me I could cancel it via computer.
Then he told me to do it I would have to remove my google security and go to teamviewer.
When I pointed out that Teamviewer allowed access by other people remotely, he said no it didn't.
I hung up and blocked the number.
