This appears to be a fake Optus message that's trying a phishing scam. The message says "There has been an issue with your monthly direct debit to pay for our services. We require you to pay unpaid balances via" and a fake Optus website address.

As per above: I got exact same message on 21 May, preceded by an earlier short SMS providing another fake link to Optus. Have reported to Optus.
