Scam text message claiming to be from Westpac

scam text message purporting to be from Westpac: "Westpac: For security concerns we have restricted your services. To fully restore your account visit [website address] to confirm your device."

A text message from Westpac says my account has been restricted due to security concern, and I need to click their link to verify my device. However, I don't have a bank account with Westpac. This has to be a scam!
