I had a missed call from this number so I turned my Caller ID off and rang back. It was a lovely lady in her 80s who hadn’t touched her phone all day. So the original call was definitely a scammer making it look like they were calling from an innocent person’s phone number.

Picked up the call did not speak and caller hung up. Possible scammer as these calls usually redirects you to them after answering with a voice.
