I was called by this number this morning and they hung up instead of leaving a voicemail. I was called by a number the same, except the last 3 digits 0468 231 530) and they called about Health insurance. Even though I told them I couldn’t talk, they kept persisting. I hung up on them. Appears to have been an offshore call.

Definite scam.
This number called and I left it to voice message, but then they kept calling so I picked up. An aggressive sounding guy declared that he had spoken to me months ago and he demanded to know about my health insurance. I told him I had no idea what he was talking about but got more aggressive so I ended the call.
