Missed call, try calling back got "this number is not connected"

I said I was busy and the woman on the other end said about calling back, but then asked if I was intending on getting a loan anytime soon so she didn’t bother me with phone calls if not. I said no and she said all good.

I didn’t answer the call then my phone gave a notification from the number saying “Hi, my name is Ben. How are you? No”. The thing is - this wasn’t an SMS. The phone notification icon makes it look like it was a phone call. Maybe the phone converted voicemail to text but I suspect if I tap on the notification (as you would do if you think it’s a text), it would actually call the number back.

'Christopher' from a loan place Called to ask what Type of loan I was after - Car, personal, home etc.
When I said I think he had the wrong number he just hung up
