Scammer looking for Vehicle Inspection reports before "buying" a car - don't pay for these reports they are a scam.

Caller: Didn't provide a name Texted me for the caravan I have for sale. Very weird conversation. He: does the van have any issues? Me: no but I noticed you contacted a vehicle seller and asked for a scam vehicle report He: Alright, and what about the price, is it firm or negotiable? Me: what are you willing to pay? He: sounds good, can we arrange a meeting? Where are you located?
Sounds almost like a simple bot following a simple hardcoded script. Clearly a number to stay away from
