I answered phone, no response from other end. Might be a number trying to scalp voice prints, could be checking active numbers for future spam texts. Don't know but definitely not a real person and probably a spoofed number.

They left a voicemail msg after a long pause that just said "Initial Greeting" then hung up. No idea but sounds dodgy to me.
