Caller: The Wine Vault "John" from The Wine Vault, is actually a pre-recorded "voice agent" controlled in real time by someone in front of a computer. They'll ignore all your attempts to say you're not interested and to remove your phone number. The Wine Vault has a bad reputation for this kind of spam/harassment despite repeated attempts to get removed from their list. Reviews suggest their wines are bad, orders wrong, support non-existent, the list goes on.
Beware folks, and never buy from The Wine Vault AKA The Wine Guys.
