They called, but did not leave a message. I tried to call back and it didn't ring, all I got was an automated message saying "Your call could not be connected, please double check the number and try again", so I feel like it might be a scam of some kind

For the previous 2 weeks my family has been bombarded by pest 0468 xxx xxx numbers. I finally answered one of them and it was a very pushy unknown wine salesman. I blocked his number. Question: Is there a way I can block all 0468 numbers? I want to stop the relentless incoming calls that never leave voice messages.
