SMS saying suspicious transactions on my card

They sent me a message calling me Customer- normally a concern, with a link to submit my preferences but the worrying thing is the link was a https Which is normally an indication it is a safe site. Scammers are getting so cleaver. DO NOT Select the link !

THIS IS A SCAMMER NUMBER!!! They sent me a link to pay for freight for a 'parcel at their depot'. I have a different user name on social media - they've clearly got my details from there, SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I got a similar one today - chose not to click on link as looks dodgy and number not in my address book. Worrying they have my real name.
