Caller: Utility Charge Received a call today from a telemarketer (with foreign accent) offering me 13% discount if I sign up with their Utility Charge (or something) company. He called my name correctly so I presumed they got my mobile number from a company I signed up before (which were numerous :-). Told him not interested.
