Caller: Did not call, texted. SCAM

Parcel: 730N342091 to (my phone number) is waiting at our distribution center. Authorisation w/out signature is required to complete delivery: (link to site). I pressed the link, they wanted me to pay $2 for shipping which seems strange. I looked to find my "parcel" on another site and nothing came up (on three different sites). Tried to type the URL into my laptop browser, came up with blank page. Called the number and it didn't pick up, my phone said it was scam. I have only ordered one thing recently and it should not have been coming this early anyway... Definitely a scam.
