Supposedly 'Adam' from NBN. Asked questions about my internet speed. Say they have noticed that my speeds are down. But now want me to test my speed and tell them. They say they want to perform a 'software upgrade' to enable my modem to achieve higher speeds (fibre). Sounds like classic scamming to gain control of my computers, devices. Hang up!
