Caller: Fake UPS Scam Call This is one of many numbers that plays a pre-recorded message in Chinese. It is a scam that mostly targets elderly chinese-speaking australians and younger chinese immigrants. The scam involves tricking the target into thinking they have an international UPS package waiting for them, urging the target to contact and hand over their personal deatils/pay fees. This automated scam call is very annoying and widespread right now, spoofing several 04 and 03 coded mobile numbers.
