A lady rang our business number and asked all sorts of funny questions whilst pretending to be a customer. When we asked for the name of her business and the invoice number she acted all sheepish, the information she gave didn't match up with anything from our current customer database. Our assumption is, that she was trying to gather information to call back at a later date and attempt to scam us.
