Saying they are selling awareness to safe schools programs start off by saying they are from VIC police

After this number kept calling my mobile at least 5 times a day - everyday except Sunday - for the last 5 months - I started ringing them everyday - trying to be annoying... But now I'm extremely pleased to report that I just called the number earlier today (05/05/17) & this is what I heard...
"Optus advises that the number you just dialed has been disconnected!"💃🎉🍻

THey f*cking should be blocked, i am not sure which authority should we report to. ??

Scam said they were police. Hung up when questioned

spammers/scammers. Hung up on me when i asked them to email me the details. Said to me "I'm looking for a handout today"
