Do you think these idiots are legally obliged to use no punctuation at all, just to make it even more obvious it’s a scam?

Getting really fed up with the fact they appear to be able to send these messages or make calls appear as though they are ‘from’ any number they like. I’ve had several coming from random numbers in the UK - which is very frustrating as my elderly father is there, and every one of those calls puts the fear of god into me that he has had some medical emergency!
