They said they are from Telstra and my internet is at risk - (I dont have Telstra internet!)

Just had a call from this scam no. pretending to be from Telstra and wanting to fix my internet. They convinced my mother to give remote access to her laptop using a remote access desktop tool called Supremo - she believed they were from Telstra and trying to get rid of a virus on her laptop, when they were actually loading malware (I deleted over 500 infected files). They asked for a credit card payment for their service - fortunately my mother said she didn't have a credit card. I'm worried about identity theft tho as they had access to so much personal information.

this mobile called me saying that there was a warning issue that had come up with my Telstra internet. Don't have Telstra internet.

Scam call re Telstra internet and security breach. (don't have telstra internet)

Missed a call from this number. Tried to return but privat number and mailbox full. Suggs it was the Telstra bogus call to say that we have a problem with our internet....not so...

Rang the land line this afternoon and did not leave a message. If it was a legitimate call you would expect them to leave a message.

Spam caller on behalf technical dept os Telstra trying to spam personal details by telling they call to fix my router.
Police should be informed of these spammers.

Had a call from this mobile no. After a few seconds of silence there was a recorded voice saying ‘goodbye’. I tried to ring back but got recorded voice saying I reached message bank of private number and the message bank was full. Spam
