This is a recorded message. I can't tell if it is Mandarin or Cantanese. I hear rumours these kind of recordings are threatening to Chinese Australians not to speak ill of China. Again, I couldn't understand the message. I just hear there are these kinds of recordings going around. Random of course. Block number.
