They keep calling, have received atleast 10 calls from this number. Todai have received 3 calls where they just call and disconnect. When I called back says message bank is full

Caller: Silent Call Three to four time a day anytime of the day AM or PM , I now have to set my mobile on do not disturb. They are sick people out there

I tried to call the number back and it states the message bank is full and to try again later. Came up as potential fraud on my mobile.
