Almost certainly a Phishing scam attempt. Why can't it Telco companies find these mass exporting new scam numbers, find the location towers or IP websites they're sending this crap from, and report them to the police for confiscation of everything they have!! Here's the message: "EastLink: Toll invoice deduction failed. Please settle as soon as possible. Overdue settlement will incur late fees https://new.tollsy.click/m1vI7". I have a current surplus in my Eastlink account!!
