My Voicemail answered, all I heard on msg were voices in background and then the valet burped into phone.

Some foreign call centre saying I have a free power monitoring device. Part of the Victorian government scheme, more like scam to me.

Picked up call- person had foreign accent and rang from a call center. There was a delay before they spoke. They could not pronounce my name correctly so I faked a similar foreign accent back and they hung up on me.

Hangs up seconds after answering.
