Indian call centre telling me the Government is giving me money. I have an air horn which gives a good blast.

Indian lady telling me the Australian Government is going to give me $7456.00. She asked if I knew why and I told her it was a scam. She insisted that it wasn't. I replied if the government was going to give me money they would send me a letter not ring up about it. She said she would send me a letter. So I said fine, send me a letter and we'll talk more and then hung up on her.
I wish I was quicker and had asked her why the government was contacting me by mobile phone? Don't they have an office with a landline?

Keeps ringing my number but hangs up straight away. Anyone know whose number it is?
