Caller: A Chinese National offering an investment opportunity

This is the second time I have received some Chinese national call my mobile number - speaks to me in Chinese, then hangs up. I go to another phone and try to call the number and the message comes back that the "phone number has been disconnected" - what after only a few minutes.... that is amazing! The numbers these scammers are using are genuine Australian mobile phone accounts. I suspect the scammer is targeting Chinese folk, and as soon as they find out it's an Australian they are speaking to, they disconnect the number.
