Claimed to be Amazon Prime call centre and was told to press "1" if you want to cancel subscription. When I pressed "1" (just to play along with these scammers), they said the only way to cancel is to install something on my mobile phone. Clearly they wanted me to install some software so that my phone was opened up to them so they could try to get as much access to my stuff as possible.
