Going to the site shows a simple text page suggesting they are Australia Post (don't be fooled they are not and this is a scam) with fake info asking for name/address then upon clicking continue it asks for credit card details. Australia Post does not issue any SMS for failed delivery and will never request money for re-delivery because Australia Post package delivery is free to receiver... delivery service is paid by package sender. The SMS is all fake/scam. Block and delete problem solved!
