A recording of a Chinese female voice as I don’t speak Chinese and have no friends or family that are Chinese all I can assume is that this is a scam that I have heard about - A recording claiming to be from the Chinese embassy asks Chinese people to pay up as something is wrong with their visa or citizenship. I hope it doesn’t work and our Chinese community is smarter than these scum.
