Caller: Energy solutions Second call today, first call from a landline (Indian sounding guy name David), second from what appeared to be a mobile (Indian sounding guy name Daniel). Both calls asking if we wanted to save on electricity bills.

I believe this to be a nuisance call. When I answered, there was no one there and after a few seconds heard a beep- end of call.
