Posted on April 6, 2022 Caller type: Scam call Location: Australia
Caller: Ojufez.com This was the txt message I received:
Your Welcome Package (AU$200) is ready! Please claim it within 24 hours here -> http://ojufez.com/qCIqV5a
I saw a number of other complaints under another number but referring to this link called Ojufez.com. So obviously these fraudsters are using someone else’s number to trick people into following the link in the text message. Don’t click on the link. If you have a iPhone. Click the Report Message under the text and also block and report the number. Unfortunately that’s about all we mere mortals can do. I certainly wish we could do more to these bottom feeders. I hate them with a vengeance. A good friend had her life savings stolen after following the link. She had just been diagnosed with incurable liver cancer which took her life a few weeks ago. The money she had squirrelled away was going to pay for a trip to Norway to meet family she had never seen before the cancer took her life. Those bastards denied her that heart warming moment. But when we found out. We stepped in to help make that dream come true.
These mongrels deserve to be put through the same pain they inflict and everything taken away from them. Apologies for rant.
