When I returned the call the innocent subscriber on the line had no idea who I was or why I was calling. Surely this illegal. Using another persons phone number to illegally identify yourself as someone else is obviously the responsibility of the Telco that issued the number. When will these annoying scammers and issues be regulated in Parliament? Everyone is beyond being merely 'fed up' with the lack of action and leadership.
