Received a call from this number 0455 348 751 today 20.04.2023 @ 3.08pm. When I answered, it sounded like a pre-recorded message in Chinese. I did wait until I heard a caller but no one answered....but the minute I said 'hello' the Chinese speaking voice started. It was less than a minute after hearing it that I hung up and blocked the number.
