the # above called, around 1:30 pm, and soon as I said hello, it began with an recorded Asian voice that I have reached the Chinese Embassy in Canberra, and then the recording went straight into Cantonese/Mandarin and at that point I hung up. Then I redialed the #, and again got an recording saying that the # I have just called is not in use. I have heard of scams where they are listening to see if they get a foreign voice, Preferably Asian and try to get money if you dont pay up or else you will be deported.
