These guys help people find internships or work in the fields of study you are doing.
They help university students mostly or graduates. I get calls from them every so often and sometimes a couple of times a day. I was generally getting the calls very randomly, sometimes out of nowhere.
I'd say block them if you don't need help with getting an internship or you already have work.
