Caller: someone with an indian accent

scam trying to say they were halving my telstra bill call, wanted to get my details then when i wantd more info they hung up

Pretending to be from Telstra giving half price calls, confirms email address and then sends you a code from microsoft to reset your account password

Caller: Indian lady named Maha Walker

Indian lady by the name of Maha Walker called saying she was from Telstra and that I could get 50 percent off my phone bill. I told her I had this same call about a year ago and nothing happened. She advised it was a junior colleague but this time I would get the discount. I ended up hanging up and told her I would go into the Telstra shop because I wasn’t sure about the call. She tried calling me again twice until I blocked and reported the number.

Caller: A Indian

f*cking ballsh*t scammer don’t give them sh*t

Said it was Telstra….said would halve my bill. Then they send a confirmation text to your phone and they needed (to unlock your profile in Telstra) which Telstra doesn’t need or do. Scam. Just hang up on them. Don’t give any details.

Called twice on a Saturday at 3:50pm, didn’t leave a voice mail or text.

Said it was Telstra
