Caller: Someone claimed that he is calling from Voda phone Sydney, but he doesn't speak English. He spoke in Mandarin and said that someone had used my name to register a phone number and sell goods on the phone. Customers paid and did not receive goods and therefore complained. First he claimed that he worked in Vodaphone Sydney and cannot speak English, second if someone sold goods and not deliver they should go to the police but not Vodaphone. I told him off. Sydney
