Confirmed with Commonwealth Bank that this is a scam. Do NOT open any links. Commonwealth NEVER send security text messages, unless it's a NetBank code.

SCAM- Got an sms from this number claiming to be commonwealth bank, advising me of a deposit and to click on the hyperlink in the text. This is a scam do not open the hyperlink or enter any details.
