Scam! "Message for - you...." provides weird http link

Scam text:
Your package with DHL is on the way (tracking number)
+ second text: I would like to send you a message through…. Follow the link ..

Caller: No ID

Similar annoying messages calling from different numbers, saying a new Voicemail for me and ask me to click to a funny link.

It's a Scam!!
It will install Mal or Ransomware!!
Block the Number, & Delete Txt!!!
I have added brackets to break the link & deleted several sections for safety.
