Caller: Unknown Answered and got a recorded message to say my Telstra home phone and internet will be cut off in the next hour, press 1 for options. Obviously a spam call, hung up and after looking the number up discover it the owner of the phone is billed through Vodaphone, nothing to do with Telstra. There's no way any reputable Australia phone company would even attempt to contact you like this. Do not engage with them, definitely spammers trying a new angle.
