Recruiter. Called and could hardly string words together. Saw my ad on seek and was fishing for introduction/referrals. Said she was a real estate sales specialist, but my ad was not sales based. Asked questions that she should know if she was a industry specialist, she would know what the role needed. very inexperienced in our industry but she made the call.
