Messaged at 9.50PM on a Sunday night with the following text.... "Your mobile number has been randomly selected as a WINNER at the ongoing Aussie Airmiles promotion. For claims, Email: claims @ airmilespromo.com". I may be old, but I am NOT stupid :/

Saying I had won 25 thousand dollars and I had to pay 250 aud for insurance to collect it. Turned out to be $309.42 nzd so I did it dumb me coz they were using Allianz insurance company which I use in New Zealand. I was totally scammed, I am a solo mum and looking forward to some cash as I needed it. Gosh please beware people my kids and I have suffered dramatically. I am a single mum of 3 I find this totally appalling as it has had me in tears for past few days. Beware of AIRMILES saying that you won something and to insure a check is ten dollars soi found out when I phoned ALLIANZ INSURANCE in Australia today. They have the correct name and address but not the correct account. This is so disturbing sadly my whanau are now at a huge loss..never trust anyone online. This is insane.. Please people just beware
