Caller: A guy Works for Mercedes roads side assisted he Claims he comes to you but doesn’t and get paid for his job from roadside assistance he made me wait in middle of nowhere for over 3 hours and than company had to get me someone else due to his lies , this guy is very untrustworthy and shouldn’t be working in a environment where people need help urgent he has done this twice to me and many other people.
