Caller claimed that I initially made an enquiry regarding a software package which I had not. The caller then claimed that I possibly may not have remembered due to the large amount of calls that I receive, (how would they know how many calls I receive) then asked if I had a spare 30 seconds to discuss their offer. NO THANK YOU!
