Even though I have no debt or own a credit card, I am receiving calls day and night from number! have also received nuisance calls from other numbers that relate to this company including a text.

If they are professional then why not act professional.

Debt collectors can not call you more then 3 times a week 10 times a month I have checked into it more then that you can have them for harassment you can make a complaint about the company

They call me all hours of the day and night wanting my information but when I refuse until they tell me who they are the tell me they can not legally give me that information until they know who I am and if they were even meant to call me because they deal with confidential private customer details. Tell me how asking for a company name will give me information about their "Customers"

Now they’re calling from mobile numbers instead of landline numbers.

Received Call from this number would identify company chasing information regarding a friend saying they are in great financial trouble. Different Mobile Numbers like this ring all the time. BLOCKED
Surely this is illegal, no credible company would operate in this way.
