This number harasses my parents night and day. He constantly calls and is a nuisance as won't leave them alone. They have never met him and he is now blackmailing them for nothing/for fun. Tried to get a DVO put on him but the Police said that there wasn't enough evidence for them to do anything about it.
Meanwhile this pest is still out there harassing people, manipulating others, and generally harassing and ripping people off.
