Caller: Shelley from Dell It's a lady from Dell who calls to "confirm your email address" after some other cold-caller from Dell sizes you up as a possible lead to spam. Shelley's role offers no value, and she does not seem to know how to use a telephone properly. Her method is to call, and never leave a voicemail, never send a text message, never send an email. Very irritating.

Caller: Shelley This person phones but does not leave any voicemail if you don’t answer. Sometimes they phone repeatedly and also phone again in subsequent days. Yet they don’t leave a voicemail at all. I called the number and it went to voicemail immediately with a British accent saying the number belonged to “Shelley”. Not being as rude as her, I actually did leave a voicemail but am still mystified as to why this person calls continually.
